Exploring new technology and the interface with art has always been a passion of Peter’s.

“When I saw this glowing bonsai form in a dream, I awoke with excitement. I went to my studio and spent a weekend working on the technology to bring my vision to life. I blew and bent glass tubing into this tree form, filled it with noble gases and excited them with a special solid state power supply. Standing back, I was amazed at the dream image before me. Born of a midnight dream, this bonsai tree came into being as I explored what I had seen in a glowing moment in my dreaming mind.” - Peter David
